About The Hive
At The Hive our chefs were raised in this valley, so many of their friends and family are farmers. We are surrounded by acres of walnuts, almonds, citrus, grains and fruits. We have access to cattle ranches, organic chicken farms and dairies who also make rich cheeses. The cuisine was developed to support our three operation locations, California, Montana and Hawaii.Our menu is updated with seasonal offerings to complement our agricultural richness. We love using local farms for menu staples like our grass-fed hamburgers, rich almond milk and fresh shelled walnuts. We have something on our menu for everyone, including children, vegetarians, vegans, and folks with a gluten intolerance.
